In another service  they changed air and fuel filters, changed injectors and ignition coils from another car. All with no effect.

So the Fabia is repaired. I have mounted new catalytic converter, new spark plugs and after short test one ignition module, which shoved misfires.
Primary problem was the ignition coil ( module ) on first cylinder. Thanks to customer dilatoriness ( he drove 150 km with fault, before car stoped ) the result is damaged catalytic converter which brokes to pieces and that pieces blocked the exhaust. I have measured the car after repair, and the picture is nearly the same as the sample one. The little peaks are probably caused by little expansion space between engine head and catalitic converter.

After another check of causes of strange pressures in cylinders I wanted to check the clearness of exhaust. Because the catalitic converter is part of collecting manifold the test with disconnected exhaust is not possible. So I dismounted the lambda coil and looked inside. I have founded broken converter, which did not surprised me. So the fault is clear, but what was te reason??  The information about some previous problems comes slowly from owner.

Compression on first cylinder, revs cca 2500 RPM (4235/2)

I was surprised by result of this test. I am not sure about peak after the main compression, which reaches 24 bars!!
The other bump reaches 5 Bars.

Dynamical compression in higher revs - SAMPLE (4235/3)

This is measurement on the same engine in other car. Maximal pressure cca 10 Bars, secondary peak 0,3 Bar.

MAP, injector 1, revs cca 2500. It does not looks right to me.

There I think, that MAP signal is normal. It resembles to sample I have found here on FCD.

Undernath ignition coils, there is exhaust  connecting manifold with integrated catalytic converter.
