The vehicle at 153 376 km started to record a fault related to the AdBlue system with a message quoting that the vehicle's driving range is restricted to 1 000 km. The Audi workshop in the initial phase cleaned the AdBlue injector valve. This repair allowed the vehicle to be driven for 500 km before the fault code appeared again quoting that the driving range is restricted to 250 km. After this, the workshop estimated that the repair would cost about 13 000 EUR.The customer therefore tried to repair the problem himself but the fault reappeared after 350 km. The DPF regeneration and sensor tests went OK. Nevertheless, the AdBlue fault reappeared after 90km.
