Doposud provedeno bez úspěchu
The vehicle with some major difficulties could be started for a while.We discovered that the DPF filter is completely blocked. The pressure value before the DPF filter was about 1 bar. Further we discovered that there is a mechanical problem of the turbocharger.
What has been done:
1) the DPF has been removed and sent to a specialized company where it was openned and completely cleaned
2) the turbocharger was replaced - new with OEM quality
3) the complete intake system including the intercooler was cleaned
4) the engine oil and oil filter was replaced
5) the cleaned DPF filter values were reset
6) verification of the differential pressure values under normal operating conditions documented that the filter is not restricted
