Doposud provedeno bez úspěchu

The vehicle was sent to me by the neighbouring workshop.They quoted that they replaced swirl flap actuator that was shorted (it really was), but the fault didn't disappear.When the vehicle arrived the retrieved DTC memory contained the following DTCs. DTC P2004, P2006 and P2015. After erasing the DTC memory and starting the vehicle the only DTC that was still present was P2015. During the actuator test of the swirl flaps the flaps opened/closed only once (couldn't stay in the open position) and during the second activation attempt the engine ECU aborted the operation after a short while. I removed the intake manifold adjusted the play of the actuating mechanism and reinstalled the intake manifold. After a repeated actuator test the engine ECU operated the swirl flaps from closed to open no problem until the actuator test was aborted. But the values (min./max.) on the swirl flap potentiometer remained unchanged. After performing basic settings the following DTCs set in memory P2004 and P2006. I have already repaired the flaps on other 2 vehicles and always without a problem. The swirl flap system is from Continental.
